AI and business automation · capability

Automation for work that keeps repeating.

We automate repeated manual work: a new order arrives, the right people are told, the next step starts. Where AI helps with a specific step, we use it for that step.

Qavero, a workflow automation platform we built, lets people assemble these flows on a visual canvas from a trigger, conditions and actions, and test a flow before it goes live.

Problems this solves

The situations that usually bring people to this service.

  • The same information is copied between tools by hand every day.
  • Messages and hand-offs depend on someone remembering to send them.
  • A process works, but only while one particular person is around.

What is included

The scope is agreed with you in planning. Not every project needs every item.

  • Process mapping

Where the manual steps are, how often they run and what each one costs the team in time.

  • Workflow design and build

A trigger, the checks that follow it and the actions that complete the work, built and tested.

  • Notifications and hand-offs

The right person or system is told at the right moment, by email or a web request.

  • AI for a named step

Where a step needs reading, sorting or drafting, AI is added for that step, agreed in advance and reviewable by a person.

  • Testing with real cases

Flows are tried against real examples before they run on live work.

Technology

Chosen to fit the problem, not the other way round.

  • Laravel
  • React
  • TypeScript

How we work

A typical engagement. Not every project needs every step.

  1. Discover

Understand the business, users, goals and constraints before anyone opens a design tool or an editor.

  2. Plan

Define information architecture, scope, functionality and the technical direction.

  3. Design

Interfaces designed to be built, not reinterpreted by whoever picks up the file next.

  4. Build

The stack the product actually calls for: Laravel, React, Next.js or WordPress.

  5. Refine

Test, optimise, correct and polish before anything ships.

  6. Launch

Deployed and verified in production, ready for handover.

  7. Hand-off

Documentation, credentials and a walkthrough, so nothing stays as knowledge only we hold.

Questions

Straight answers to the usual ones.

Do we need AI to automate a process?

Often not. Many repeated tasks need clear rules, not AI. We use AI where a step needs judgement that rules cannot express, and we say which step it is.

What happens when an automated step fails?

We plan for failure from the start: the flow records what happened and tells a person, so work is not silently lost.
